After a dual system education at TNT Express, he worked in a trainee program at Kühne & Nagel UK before joining Rock-it Cargo Germany. From 2008 he was co-responsible for establishing the German branch and gained wide experience in international concert and event logistics. Andreas has been working in the international transport and logistics business for almost 30 years. His career started in 1990 at freight forwarder Cretschmar Cargo Group. In 1999 he assumed a new role and oversaw the expansion of the “Competence Center Service Overseas” at Danzas Messen GmbH  (today DHL Trade Fairs & Events). In 2001 he was headhunted by Kühne & Nagel in Munich as “Head of Event Logistics” and in 2006 by Rock-it-Cargo USA to head up a branch in Germany. Andreas’ vast expertise means that he has an answer to almost every transport and logistics question and he constantly makes the impossible possible.

With years of experience as Stage Manager, Director’s Assistant, Producer and Tour Manager, british-born Rachel knows the classical sector like the back of her hand. After seven years in various roles at the Zurich Opera House she returned to London in 2010 where she worked as a producer for an opera company. From 2011 to 2019 she was in charge of the tours and guest performances of the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier. Rachel joined the HEED! Team  as Touring Specialist in August 2019 and is responsible for all  tour management services, as well as acting as account manager for logistics customers from the classical sector.

Speed and reliability are a matter of course for Dogan, who trained in freight forwarding and logistics services with the express service provider TNT. He continued to work for the company after he completed his training, and was responsible for fulfilling customer requirements. He joined HEED! in October 2019, bringing with him a well-rounded set of skills and expertise, and is responsible for the smooth delivery of all kinds of transport projects.

Originally educated as a banker, Max decided to change direction in 2010 and took on the challenge in the logistics sectpr. At Rock-it Cargo Germany he proved his capabilities as a Project Manager on numerous projects all over the world. The accuracy of a banker coupled with his enthusiasm for the transportation business is perfect combination. Nadine’s professional career started in 2011 with an apprenticeship at Senator International. Three years later she accepted an offer as Project Manager at Kühne & Nagel where she was responsible for worldwide transports between trade fairs around the globe. During that time she focused on the support of large-scale events and congresses in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Since August 2017 Nadine has been part of the HEED!
